Sales Negotiator - Northwest
Due to the ongoing rapid growth of Isaac Anthony, we have vacanices for experienced Sales Negotiators to join our branches in Manchester, Liverpool and Monton village.
The ideal candidate will be a proven Sales professional within the estate agency industry looking for their next step, or is an already successful Senior looking to make a difference with an innovative independent.
Having some responsibility for day to day operations in the branch, you will be “ hands-on”, with responsibility for working with the Sales Director to maximise revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets.
Strong commercial skills are essential as is a professional level-headed approach to working in a demanding environment. With an attitude and enthusiasm that inspires others, your CV will demonstrate your best career achievements and a successful track record. You will also be a reliable team player who’s flexible, decisive and hungry for a rewarding sales career with a vibrant, progressive company. Using our sophisticated property software and other online tools you must be computer literate with a good understanding of MS office. A full driving licence and knowledge of the area are essential. The role is full time and includes Weekends and Bank Holidays. The successful candidate will be able to commit to the demands associated with the Senior role of a busy and dynamic operation. Being a key point of contact for our customers, this role involves
- Answering calls and emails from tenants and landlords
- Processing all administration relating to tenant applications
- Ensuring the smooth running of every aspect of the schedule pertaining to property check-ins
- Prioritising and reporting maintenance issues
You will often be negotiating between tenants, developers, contractors and landlords for prompt and efficient resolutions. The role requires accurate account administration; tasks which demand attention to detail and a methodical approach. You will spend approx 25% of time out of the office; be it compiling inventories, conducting periodic property checks and/or attending check-outs. You will also co-ordinate tenancy renewals as well as liaising with the Sales team to maximise property occupancy.
This is a challenging and dynamic environment and you will thrive on change, often juggling a number of tasks and regularly reprioritising activities. You will therefore require superb planning and communication skills. The successful candidate will also be flexible, resilient, professional, adaptable and a dependable team player. If you are looking for variety we promise that no 2 days will be the same!
Property Industry experience is not necessarily required however previous office experience in a customer facing environment and a solid track record will give you a distinct advantage. You will be using our sophisticated lettings software and other online tools so you must be computer literate with a good understanding of MS office. A full driving licence and knowledge of the City Centre would be desirable.
