LETTINGS Administrator/Co-ordinator - Manchester

Being a key point of contact for our customers, you will be answering calls/emails from tenants and landlords. As Administrator/Co-ordinator, you will ensure the smooth running of all administration relating to tenant applications, referencing, check-ins, renewals, property checks and check-outs. The role involves providing support to the Company Directors, Sales team, Property Managers, Marketing Co-ordinator and Inventory Clerk so if you are looking for variety we promise that no 2 days will be the same!

This is a challenging and dynamic environment and you will thrive on change, often juggling a number of tasks and regularly reprioritising activities. You will therefore require superb planning and communication skills. The successful candidate will also be flexible, resilient, professional, adaptable and a dependable team player.

Estate Agency or Lettings experience is not necessarily required however previous office experience and a solid track record will give you a distinct advantage. You will be using our sophisticated lettings software and other online tools so you must be computer literate with a good understanding of MS office. A full driving licence and knowledge of Manchester City Centre would be desirable.

Trainee Lettings Consultant - Manchester

As trainee you will learn how to develop the skills and confidence to succeed in this high pressure environment. Dealing with prospective tenants by phone, email and face to face, the role includes qualifying all contacts, matching them to suitable properties and arranging viewings for your colleagues. Good communication skills are essential as is a positive, customer focussed approach. You will thrive on working in a target driven, sales atmosphere and motivated by achieving results.

You don't necessarily need previous experience in estate agency or the property industry. You may not have even considered Sales as a career before either. What’s more important is your can-do attitude and enthusiasm. You will also be a reliable team player who's flexible, resilient, organised and hungry for a rewarding sales career.

You will be familiar with MS Office and web based applications. A full driving licence is essential in this full time role whilst knowledge of Manchester city centre would give the successful candidate a head start.
