Spring 2007 - Exciting growth plans announced

After less than 2 years in business, we are preparing to move into bigger and more prestigious premises closer to the city centre.

Our new branch occupying 3,000 sq ft over 2 floors is located under the railway arches on Chapel Walks, Chapel Street opposite the 5 star Lowry Hotel. The space enables us and our sister company Swish Furnishing to grow together under one roof which makes for an even more customer focused and efficient operation.

Building on our existing team of dedicated lettings professionals, the move allows the exciting opportunity to create 4 full time roles immediately. We plan to double our number of employees in next 12 months, as the property rentals market in Manchester and Salford Quays continues to grow.
